Our small but mighty team consists of our two directors. With a shared passion for people and the ability to focus on the big picture whilst simplifying the small stuff, Shane and Bec are the dynamic duo to help get businesses where they want to be in the safety, compliance and leadership space.
Shane has a passion for WHS and internal auditing. He has an abundant history in the road transport industry as well as investigative work.
Bec’s passion is the coaching of leaders and employees. Her background includes training and development, workers compensation and document creation and review.
