Shane Tucker and Rebecca Young met in 2019 and discovered they shared a passion for providing people the best opportunities to be safe, happy and healthy in the workplace.
Shane has always advocated that a safety culture is led by its people. The ability to simplify safety and remove inaccessible jargon and “compliance for the sake of compliance” is critical to making this a reality.
Rebecca has a passion for ensuring the people she works with have the tools and training available to them to reach their fullest potential and contribute to their businesses goals and personal growth.
